Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
RustySkin.bet maintains controls to detect and prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions evasion.
Our Commitment
We take a risk-based approach to AML compliance. All users are subject to automated monitoring, and flagged activity triggers manual review.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
Users may be asked to verify identity (government ID, proof of address, source of funds) when:
- Cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed configured thresholds;
- Transactions display unusual patterns;
- Law enforcement or a regulator issues a lawful request;
- A payment provider requires additional due diligence.
Until requested verification is complete, withdrawals and further deposits may be paused.
Prohibited Behaviour
- Depositing funds then attempting to withdraw with minimal or no play (structuring).
- Using payment instruments not registered in your own name.
- Operating from a sanctioned jurisdiction.
- Chip-dumping, collusion, or other coordinated misuse.
Sanctions Screening
We screen users and transactions against the primary international sanctions lists (OFAC, UN, EU, HM Treasury). Accounts matching a listed party are blocked and reported to the relevant authority.
Reporting
We file Suspicious Activity Reports with the appropriate Financial Intelligence Unit where required. We cooperate with lawful law-enforcement requests.
