Self-Exclusion
If gambling is no longer fun, lock yourself out. Self-exclusion is free, immediate, and binding.
What self-exclusion does
When you self-exclude, your account is closed for the chosen period. During that time you cannot log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw via scrap. Any pending balance is held and returned when the exclusion lifts (or processed for KYC if required).
How long?
- 24 hours — short cool-off
- 7 days — reset habits
- 30 days — extended pause
- 6 months — long break
- Permanent — irreversible, no reopening
Once set, a self-exclusion cannot be shortened. Longer-than-selected extensions are allowed.
How to enable it
Go to Settings → Responsible Play → Self-Exclusion. Pick a duration and confirm with your password and (if enabled) your 2FA code.
