1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and use RustySkin.bet. By registering you confirm that your participation is lawful where you reside.
Users from restricted jurisdictions (including, without limitation, the United States, United Kingdom, France, Australia, Netherlands, and any territory subject to applicable sanctions) are not permitted to wager on this Site.
2. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings.
One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's identity is prohibited and may lead to account closure and forfeiture of balances.
3. Deposits, Balances & Withdrawals
Scrap is the in-site currency used for all wagers. You can acquire scrap by depositing supported crypto or skins. All deposits are final once credited.
Withdrawals are processed by our Steam trade bot or via supported crypto rails. We may require identity verification (KYC) for large or unusual withdrawals to comply with AML regulations (see AML Policy).
We reserve the right to delay, reject, or reverse any transaction that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, collusive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Fair Play & Provably Fair
Every game outcome is cryptographically committed before the wager is placed. You can verify any roll on the Provably Fair page using the server-seed hash, client seed and nonce published for each round.
Use of bots, scripts, automation, or any attempt to exploit bugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
5. House Edge & Bet Limits
Each game operates with a fixed house edge disclosed on the game page and the House Edge Guide. Max bet, max win and per-bet bankroll caps apply and may be adjusted without notice to protect site solvency.
6. Responsible Gambling
Gambling can be addictive. We offer self-exclusion, deposit limits, and cooling-off periods. See Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, chargebacks, or misrepresentation of payment methods
- Using VPNs or proxies to bypass jurisdiction restrictions
- Collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated multi-accounting
- Exploiting software bugs without disclosing them
- Harassment of other users, staff, or streamers
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination we will return your verified balance net of any contested transactions, subject to our AML checks.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site and (where possible) by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
